Order in Council 161/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , D. Stephen Jovanovic of Windsor be appointed as part-time member and Associate Chair of the Mining and Lands Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
