OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated May 7, 2015, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to

Section 96 of the Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to all other authority in him vested is pleased to: (

a) appoint Mike Savage of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term of two (2) years commencing May 26, 2015; (

b) appoint Gloria McCluskey of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term of two (2) years commencing May 26, 2015; (

c) appoint Russell Walker of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term of two (2) years commencing May 26, 2015; (

d) appoint Brad Anguish of Halifax Regional Municipality (Porter’s Lake) as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term of two (2) years commencing May 26, 2015; and (

e) authorize the payment of $100.00 per day, plus reasonable expenses, to each of the above newly appointed members of the Board for work involving the Trade Centre Limited.
