CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Department of Supply and Services Act (Assented to April 26, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Department of Supply and Services Amendment Act, 1985. S.S. 1983, c.D-23.1 The Department of Supply and Services Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 13(3) is repealed and the following substituted: “

(3) The minister may use the revolving fund to sell, lease or dispose of office supplies and materials to public agencies”.

Section amended Subsection 14(3) is amended: (

a) by striking out “and” after clause (a); and (

b) by adding the following clause after clause (a): “(a.1) to maintain an inventory of government publications, including printed copies of any Act, and to distribute government publications; and”. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
