OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 18, 2001, pursuant to
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001-487 dated October 11, 2001, respecting the appointment of Justices of the Peace by striking out "Notaries and Commissioners Act" in the sixteenth and seventeenth lines and substituting "Justices of the Peace Act".
