OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 14, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, for the purposes of certain capital projects, is pleased, effective September 23, 2025, to: (

a) approve the Minister to make capital investments and grant capital funding to the Nova Scotia Health Authority; and (

b) authorize the Minister and the Nova Scotia Health Authority to enter into net debt obligations by acquiring tangible capital assets, and to execute such agreements or other documents as may be required in connection with such transactions.
