With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name January 1, 2011, as the day on which
section 3 insofar as it enacts the definition "adjudicator", sections 18 and 19, subsection 22(1), sections 23, 24, 25, 28 and 30 of The Personal Health Information Amendment Act (2) (S.M. 2008, c. 41) come into force.
