OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated August 23, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Donna Moreen Smith Darrell of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three (3) years commencing October 11, 2022; and (
b) order that Donna Moreen Smith Darrell be remunerated for her services in the amount of $3,600 per year, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling her duties as a member of the Commission provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
