OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated October 26, 2004, pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act, is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Environment and Labour of an ecological site, which shall be known as Duncans Cove Nature Reserve, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
