a) the appointment of Emily Florence Ohler as a member of the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal , made by order in Council 489/2018, is rescinded, and (

b) Emily Florence Ohler is reappointed as a member and designated chair of the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal for a term ending August 1, 2024. 464 July 12, 2021
