Order in Council 803/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act , Order in Council 761/2025 reappointing Kimberly Ballance as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation is revoked effective on the later of the date this Order in Council is made and April 30, 2026.
