Order in Council 1098/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Homeopathy Act, 2007 , Heather Broadhead of London be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective November 21, 2020.
