OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 17, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Eric Poon, formerly of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a director representing the public of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board, made by Order in Council 2023-135 dated May 9, 2023, effective February 13, 2024.
