Order in Council 1724/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 527/2020 Kevin Holland was appointed as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of two years effective from March 18, 2020.

And

whereas on October 14, 2021, Kevin Holland resigned his appointment as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission.

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 527/2020, dated March 18, 2020, be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
