Order in Council 1136/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 41 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 ,

Bradley Nicpon of Toronto

be appointed as part-time member of the board of directors of Skilled Trades Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1755/2021 dated December 16, 2021, appointing Lee Greenberg of Toronto as part-time member of the board of directors of Skilled Trades Ontario be revoked, effective June 21, 2023
