OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 19, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09convey Lot 1 containing an area of 65 acres, more or less, situate at Upper Clements, in the County of Annapolis and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; \x09(b)\x09convey the lands to the Hanse Society of Annapolis Royal for a nominal charge of $1.00 and waive the Crown's entitlement to repurchase the surplus furnishings and equipment as provided for in Order in Council 2002-349; and \x09(c)\x09authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a deed of conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
