Order in Council 1809/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 723/2021 dated June 3, 2021 that appointed Terry Steven deBoer of Oshawa as a part-time member of the Ontario Review Board under the Criminal Code, be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
