On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 4.1 (2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , Robert Dodds of Oakville be appointed as a full-time member of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the day that is immediately before the day that
section 5 of
Schedule 2 of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019 comes into force.
And further that Order in Council 1264/2018 be revoked on the day that is immediately before the day that
section 5 of
Schedule 2 of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019 comes into force.
