On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , Tee Fung Ng of North York be reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective October 10, 2020.
