OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 16, 1999, pursuant to Sections 4 and 19 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to assign responsibility for all affairs and matters relating to the Nova Scotia Sport and Recreation Commission to the Honourable Jane S. Purves, a Member of the Executive Council.
