Loi sur la taxe de vente harmonisée Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the Harmonized Sales Tax Act, chap- ter H-1.01 of the Statutes of New Brunswick, 1997, is amended L’article de la

Loi sur la taxe de vente harmoni- sée,

chapitre H-1.01 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1997, est modifié (

a) in subsection (1) by striking out “ 13%” and substituting “15%”;

a) au paragraphe (1), par la suppression de « 13 % » et son remplacement par « 15 % »; (

b) in subsection (2) by striking out “ 13%” and substituting “15%”.
