OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 12, 2004, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(
d) and 5 of
Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize the conversion of $8.762 million of preferred shares in Amherst Aerospace Components Limited to $2.762 million of debt in IMP Group Limited, and the write-down of $6.0 million authorized by Order in Council 2004-59, and on terms and conditions as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 12, 2004; (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
