[Schedule A,
section 13 (1) and (3)]. Regulation of the College Pension Board of Trustees, dated June 5, 2002.
The College Pension Board of Trustees orders that the College Pension Plan
Regulation, B.C. Reg 95/2000, is amended
(
a) in
section 41 (6) (
a) by striking out "including extended pregnancy leave and extended parental leave,", and
(
b) in
section 56 (1) (c) (i) (
A) by striking out "or a dependant nominated by the member before the granting of the pension". — J. W. COOK,
