BERESFORD ISLAND ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 425 hectares

BROWNE LAKE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 114 hectares.

BUCK HILLS ROAD ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Osoyoos Division, Yale

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 35 Tube 1894.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 16 hectares.

BURNT CABIN BOG ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 5, Coast District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 15 Tube 1788; except

(1) District

Lots 637 and 1262;

(2) Wood Lots WL 1512 and WL 102; (3) the Crown Land referred

to in Crown Lands File 6402590, as subject to an electric power line; and

(4) existing road access to District Lots 637 and 1262 (former Crown Lands File

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 670 hectares.

BYERS/CONROY/HARVEY/SINNETT ISLANDS ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 3, Coast District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 15 Tube 1891.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 11 923

hectares (215 hectares of upland and 11 708 hectares of foreshore).

CAMPBELL BROWN (KALAMALKA LAKE) ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Osoyoos Division, Yale

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 5 Tube 1907; except British

Columbia Hydro's powerline right of way.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 104 hectares.

CANOE ISLETS ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Nanaimo District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

Crown Land Registry as Plan 9 Tube 1914.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 1 hectare.

CARDIFF MOUNTAIN ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

CHARLIE COLE CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

CHASM ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

CHECLESET BAY ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

CHILAKO RIVER ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Cariboo District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

Crown Land Registry as Plan 15 Tube 1900.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 66 hectares.

CHUNAMON CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Cassiar District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 344 hectares.

CINEMA BOG ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 72 hectares.

CLANNINICK CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

CLAUD ELLIOTT CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Rupert District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

Crown Land Registry as Plan 10 Tube 1910.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 233 hectares.

CLAYHURST ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Peace River District and

contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited

in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 7 Tube 1907; subject to any and all prior

rights acquired under the provisions of the Water Act; except a 100 metre right

of way centred on Clayhurst Road, a

section 4, Highway Act road.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 400 hectares

(294 hectares of upland and 106 hectares of foreshore).

CLELAND ISLAND ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Clayoquot District and

contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited

in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 11 Tube 1844.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 7 hectares.

COUGAR CANYON ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Osoyoos Division, Yale

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 10 Tube 1869.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 553 hectares.

DEWDNEY AND GLIDE ISLANDS ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore to the ordinary low water mark, situated in Range 4, Coast District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 14 Tube 1928.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 3 696

hectares.

DRYWILLIAM LAKE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 5, Coast District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 13 Tube 1907.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 94 hectares.

EAST REDONDA ISLAND ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in the New Westminster District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 10 Tube 1913.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 6 182

hectares.

ELLIS ISLAND ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 5, Coast District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 24 Tube 1914.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 6.6 hectares

(0.6 hectares of upland and 6 hectares of foreshore).

EVANS LAKE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kootenay District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 164 hectares.

FIELD'S LEASE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Similkameen Division, Yale

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 11 Tube 1928.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 4.5 hectares.

FORT NELSON RIVER ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Peace River District and

contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited

in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 15 Tube 1907.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 158 hectares

(125 hectares of upland and 33 hectares of foreshore).

FRANCIS POINT ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in New Westminster District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 13 Tube 1910.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 17 hectares

(9 hectares of upland and 8 hectares of foreshore).

GALIANO ISLAND ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Galiano Island, Cowichan

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 10 Tube 1919.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 25 hectares .

GAMBLE CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 5, Coast District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 15 Tube 1916.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 969 hectares.

GINGIETL CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Cassiar District and contained

within the following described boundaries:

Commencing at the northwest corner of that part of former "Zaulzap"

Indian Reserve No. 29 lying to the north of Nass River;

thence on an approximate bearing of 39°00'00"

a distance of approximately 2.066 kilometres to post number 81, which is to

be set on the southeasterly boundary of the watershed of an unnamed creek that

flows in a general southwesterly direction into Nass River, with post number

81 lying at bearing 0°00'00" a distance of

approximately 403 metres from the most westerly northwest corner of former "Gitwinksihlkw"

Indian Reserve No. 7;

thence northeasterly along the southeasterly boundary of the

watershed of that unnamed creek to the southerly boundary of the watershed of

Shumal Creek;

thence in a general westerly direction along the southerly boundary

of the watershed of Shumal Creek to the easterly boundary of the watershed of

Gingietl Creek;

thence northerly and westerly along the easterly and northerly

boundaries of the watershed of Gingietl Creek and continuing westerly along

the northerly boundary of the watershed of an unnamed creek that flows in a

general southeasterly direction into Nass River to post number 82, which is

to be set;

thence on a bearing of 158°38'00"

a distance of 2.478 kilometres;

thence on a bearing of 154°51'00"

a distance of approximately 1.080 kilometres to post number 83 which is to be

set on the right bank natural boundary of Nass River;

thence northerly along that part of the westerly boundary of

former "Zaulzap" Indian Reserve No. 29, lying to the north of Nass River, to

the northwest corner of Nass River, with the northwest corner being the point

of commencement.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 2 873

hectares.

GLADYS LAKE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Cassiar District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

Crown Land Registry as Plan 3 Tube 1928.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 43 040

hectares.

GOOSEGRASS CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kootenay District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

Crown Land Registry as Plan 4 Tube 1908.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 2 699

hectares.

GRAYLING RIVER HOT SPRINGS ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 1 421

HALEY LAKE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Dunsmuir District and Cowichan

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 888 hectares.

HEATHER LAKE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Cariboo District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 284 hectares.

HUDSON ROCKS ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Nanaimo District and contained

within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 50 hectares

ILGACHUZ RANGE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

KINGFISHER CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 1 495

KOTCHO LAKE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 64 hectares

LEW CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

LIUMCHEN ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

MAHONEY LAKE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 39 hectares

(21 hectares of upland and 18 hectares of foreshore).

MARA MEADOWS ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kamloops Division, Yale

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 6 Tube 1876.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 178 hectares.

MCQUEEN CREEK ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kamloops Division, Yale

District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 35 hectares.

that foreshore to the ordinary low water mark situated in Range 3, Coast District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 1 Tube 1892.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 206 hectares.

MORICE RIVER ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all

that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 5, Coast District

and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan

deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 10 Tube 1902.

The whole ecological reserve containing approximately 355 hectares

MOUNT DERBY ECOLOGICAL RESERVE
