CHAPTER

An Act to provide for the Postponement of the Tabling of Certain Documents (No. 2) * (Assented to November 6, 1987) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Tabling of Documents (Postponement) Act, 1987. Tabling of documents postponed Every provision in any Act pursuant to which any document is required to be prepared with respect to a period ending on March 31, 1987 and laid before or submitted to the Legislative Assembly after the commencement of the 1986-87 Session is hereby suspended in operation and is deemed to require that the document be laid before or submitted to the Legislative Assembly on or before the first sitting day of the Assembly after January 1, 1988.

Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from July 22, 1987. *
