On the recommendation of the undersigned and the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Violation Ticket Administration & Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration & Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by repealing item 21 and substituting the following item 21 as indicated:
