OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Premier of Nova Scotia dated July 27, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Premier entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Shandong Province, on the “Re-Development of a Cooperation Memorandum to Increase Trade and Information Sharing and Exchanges between the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada and Shandong Province, The People’s Republic of China”, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such variations as the Premier determines are necessary and do not materially change the nature of the Memorandum of Understanding.
