OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated April 25 , 2013, and pursuant to subsection 191(1) of

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to approve amendments made by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to the Weights and Dimensions of Vehicles Regulations, N.S. Reg. 137/2001, made by the Minister of Transportation and Public Works and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-526 dated November 15, 2001, to change weight and dimension limits for certain vehicles and change the classes of highways on which certain vehicles may operate, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 14, 2013.
