OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of Executive Council and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs dated November 22, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective December 10, 2021, approve the President of Executive Council and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs entering into the Atlantic Health Care – “Accord of Guiding Principles” with the Province of New Brunswick, the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Province of Prince Edward Island, substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
