Order in Council 41/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Endangered Species Act, 2007, the appointment as a member of the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario of Barbara Hard by Order-in-Council 28/2021 is hereby revoked, effective December 31, 2021.
