Order in Council 977/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 ,

Diane McArthur

be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective September 1, 2019, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of August 31, 2020 and the date she ceases to be Chief Talent Officer;

And

Diane McArthur

be appointed as Chair of the Public Service Commission, effective September 1, 2019, for a term concurrent with her appointment as a member of the Public Service Commission.
