Order in Council 1001/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1726/2013, dated the 27th day of November 2013, Ruth Shepherdson was reappointed as a member of the City of Temiskaming Shores Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from December 5, 2013;

And

Whereas Ruth Shepherdson has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the City of Temiskaming Shores Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Ruth Shepherdson is hereby further reappointed as a member of the City of Temiskaming Shores Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
