OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated October 8, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 25O of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective November 12, 2019: (
a) revoke the appointment of Elizabeth Hughes as Provincial Tax Commissioner, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2017-137 dated April 24, 2017; and (
b) appoint Scott Farmer as Provincial Tax Commissioner.
