OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 20, 1999, pursuant to

Section 22 of

Chapter 18 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1990, the Mineral Resources Act, and

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to grant an amended special licence to Brogan Mining Company Limited substantially in the form and on the terms and conditions stated in the amended Special Licence attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation as Appendix "IV", which licence will amend Special Licence No. 1/98 dated March 16, 1998, authorized by Order in Council 98-179 dated April 22, 1998.
