On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
David McKee of Toronto was reappointed as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board by Order in Council O.C. 1653/2015.
Mr. McKee submitted his resignation effective June 30, 2018.
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 1653/2015 is revoked effective June 30, 2018.
