OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated March 6, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 93 of
Schedule B of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2012, the Financial Measures
(2012) Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 60 of
Schedule B of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2012, the Financial Measures
(2012) Act, do come into force on and not before April 15, 2014.
