OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 19, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Linda Anne Hall of Kentville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-354 dated June 3, 1997; and (
b) appoint Linda Anne Hall of New Minas, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
