Designation of Liverpool-Summerville Centre Trail

made under subsection 5(1) of the

Trails Act

R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 476

O.I.C. 91-1049 (September 12, 1991), N.S. Reg. 203/91

The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and

Forests dated the 18 th day of July, A.D., 1991, and pursuant to

Section 5(1) of

Chapter 476 of

the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trails Act , is pleased to designate all that area of

land situate between Liverpool and Summerville Centre, in the County of Queens, Province of

Nova Scotia, owned by Her Majesty in the right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to be a trail,

the said area of land being described in

Schedule “A” and shown in bold line on the plan

marked

Schedule “B”, both Schedules being attached to and forming part of the report and

recommendation.

Schedule “A”

All and singular that certain lot, piece, or portion of the former Canadian National Railway

right-of-way beginning at mile 2.12 at the intersection of the No. 3 Highway leading from

Liverpool to Summerville Centre and following the said former Canadian National Railway

right-of-way to mile 10.34 situate at the intersection of the No. 3 Highway at Summerville

Centre as shown outlined in red on the enclosed plan.

Saving and reserving from the above described portion of the former Canadian National

Railway right-of-way all public highway rights-of-way.
