On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Column 3 of Item 5 of the

Schedule to the Ski Hill Property Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 291/2007, is amended by striking out “ Hemlock Valley Resort ” and substituting “ Sasquatch Mountain Resort ”.
