OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage dated December 14, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 414 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Schooner Bluenose Foundation Act, is pleased effective on and after December 23, 2010 to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 93-538 dated July 13, 1993; and (
b) appoint the Honourable Percy A. Paris to be a member of the Board of Governors and President of the Schooner Bluenose Foundation until the Governor in Council otherwise orders.
