B.C. Reg. 398/2007, deposited November 30, 2007, pursuant to the CHILD CARE SUBSIDY ACT [Section 13]. Order in Council 829/2007, approved and ordered November 29, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Child Care Subsidy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 74/97 is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 10 (3) of the Child Care Subsidy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 74/97, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

b) by adding at the beginning "subject to

paragraph (c.1)", and

(

b) by adding the following paragraph:

(c.1) by $1500 per month for a child who

(

i) is attending kindergarten provided under the School Act or the

Independent School Act ,

(ii) is 6 years old and has his or her 6th birthday during the period commencing on January 1 and ending on June 30 of the year that the child is attending kindergarten, and

(iii) is receiving child care in a licensed child care setting or a registered licence-not- required child care setting; .

Schedule A is repealed and the following substituted:
