Ministry Responsible: ATTORNEY GENERAL Statutory Authority: Civil Resolution Tribunal, s. 68 The following appointments to the Civil Resolution Tribunal are made: (

a) the appointment of Sherelle Goodwin, made by OIC 488/2022, is rescinded; (

b) the appointment of Eric Matthew Regehr, made by OIC 461/2021, is rescinded; (

c) Sherelle Goodwin and Eric Matthew Regehr are appointed as vice chairs for terms of 3 years.
