School Act

SCHOOL BOARD INVESTMENT REGULATION

c) of the School Act.

Definition

1 In this Regulation, "Schedule" means the

Schedule to the Trustee

Act, RSA 2000 cT-8, as it existed prior to the coming into force of the

Trustee Amendment Act, 2006.

Manner of investing

2(1) A board may invest any portion of its funds not required for its

immediate purposes only in accordance with the Schedule, or as

otherwise permitted by the Minister.

(2) A permission given by the Minister under

section 60(2)(

d) of the

School Act as it read immediately before the coming into force of the

Trustee Amendment Act, 2006 continues to apply until rescinded or

amended by the Minister.

Expiry

3 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for

ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be

repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this

Regulation expires on November 30, 2016.

Coming into force

4 This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2007.

Provincial Parks Act

PROVINCIAL PARKS (FEES REPEAL AND GENERAL

AMENDMENT) REGULATION

section 12(2) of the Provincial

Parks Act.

1 The Fees Regulation (AR 301/83) is repealed.

2 The General Regulation (AR 102/85) is amended

(

a) by repealing its title and substituting the following:

PROVINCIAL PARKS (GENERAL) REGULATION

(

b) in

section 1 by adding the following after clause

(d.2):

(d.3) "fee" means the fee provided for in an order made under

section 13(1)(b.1) of the Act;

(

c) in

section 2 by striking out "that is required by the Fee

Regulation under the Act";

(

d) in sections 44(1) and (2)(

b) by striking out "a fee"

and substituting "remuneration";

(

e) in

section 44(4)(

a) by striking out "fee set in

accordance with the Fees Regulation (AR 301/83)" and

substituting "appropriate fee";

(

f) in sections 45(3) and 46(2) by striking out "any fee

prescribed in the Fee Regulation under the Act" and

substituting "the appropriate fee";

(

g) in

section 47.1(3) by striking out "fee prescribed in the

Fees Regulation (Alta. Reg. 301/83)" and substituting

"appropriate fee".

ALBERTA MILK PLAN MINIMUM PRICE FOR

SUB-CLASS 1A MILK ORDER

2007 pursuant to

section 5(4) of the Alberta Milk Plan Regulation (AR 150/2002).

Minimum price for sub-class 1a milk

1 The minimum price for sub-class 1a milk to be paid by processors

for a hectolitre of sub-class 1a milk is $74.01.

Repeal

2 The Alberta Milk Plan Minimum Price for Sub-class 1a Milk Order

(AR 311/2006) is repealed.

Coming into force

3 This Order comes into force on February 1, 2007.
