OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 16, 1998, pursuant to clauses 16(1)(

a) and (

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant and/or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing 126.3 acres, more or less, situate at Goldboro, Guysborough County, and shown in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, together with a right of way for access to the site with respect to the Crown land shown in green, to Mobil Oil Canada Properties, a registered partnership under the provisions of the Partnerships and Business Names Registration Act, with its head office at Calgary, Alberta, for the consideration of One Hundred One Thousand Forty Dollars ($101,040.00) and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
