OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minster of Lands and Forestry dated December 10, 2019, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) acquiring approximately 101.14 hectares (250 acres) of land located at Country Harbour, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, currently identified as PIDs 35030360 and 35219955 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Thomas F. Hayne Contracting Limited or its approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $140,000 (plus HST if applicable), subject to the condition that Thomas F. Hayne Contracting Limited or its approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
