Order in Council 1441/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 886/2013, dated the 26 th day of June 2013, Jennifer Ann Brackenbury was reappointed as a member of the Township of Norwich Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from June 26, 2013;

and

whereas Jennifer Ann Brackenbury has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Township of Norwich Police Services Board;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Jennifer Ann Brackenbury is hereby reappointed as a member of the Township of Norwich Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
