Order in Council 1463/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Dawn Kershaw of London be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a period effective the date of this Order in Council and ending May 28, 2018.
