OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated November 24, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to appoint Joseph B. Kennedy of Fall River, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Irene J. Lefort of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as members of the Board of the Nova Scotia Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation each for a term of three years commencing February 2, 2010.
