OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and the Minister of Justice dated June 12, 2025, and pursuant to Sections 672.38 and 672.39 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code , is pleased, effective July 19, 2025, to: (

a) reappoint Dr. Lorraine Lazier of Hants County as a Psychiatrist member of the Nova Scotia Review Board under the Criminal Code for a term of three years; and (

b) determine that, in addition to remuneration as set out in Order in Council 2018-349 dated December 21, 2018, for time spent necessarily attending to duties as Psychiatrist members of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board, Dr. Lorraine Lazier shall be paid such actual and reasonable travel and other expenses as may be incurred in the performance of such duties, payable in accordance with the travel policies and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia applicable to civil servants.
