Order in Council 253/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Nathan Ferguson of London be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 19, 2019.

Further,

whereas Nathan Ferguson was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective December 20, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 1338/2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1338/2018 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
