OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 21, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 94 of
Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2005, the Correctional Services Act, is pleased, effective July 1, 2006, to approve of: (
a) the repeal by the Minister of Justice of the regulations respecting correctional facilities, N.S. Reg. 248/88, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 88-1363 dated December 13, 1988; and (
b) new regulations respecting correctional services made by the Minister of Justice in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
